We will be inside air conditioned spaces and outside for some of the event, so be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket. You may also want to bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, and sun hat to protect yourself from the sun and the heat while on the boat.
Check the local weather before you head out so you can plan your attire appropriately.
Business casual attire is recommended for Tuesday's meetings and events, as members of the Board of Directors will be in attendance.
Wednesday's activities are casual, including the boat event, so comfortable casual attire is appropriate.
You may choose to stay for up to three consecutive days pre- or post-meeting at your own expense. The special meeting rate is $219/night + taxes and fees.
Rooms are available on a space-available basis, so be sure to submit your room request through the registration sign up as soon as possible to guarantee an extended stay.
Hilton Torrey Pines is a pet friendly hotel. You are welcome to bring dogs and/or cats up to 75 pounds each (max 2 per room). A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 will be required at check-in and it will be billed at your own cost.

For those flying into San Diego, please arrange your own transportation to and from the hotel using a taxi or ride-share service.
